Associations & Affiliates

Created by American Indians in 1969 and led by American Indians throughout its history, we were then – as we are now, the first national organization solely dedicated to developing American Indian economic self-sufficiency through business ownership. The tribal values and the vision of our elders that created this great organization continue today through our programs. Our work significantly contributes to leadership, small business and economic development for Indian Country.


What it means to be Cherokee today is the legacy of those things we've honored, cherished and nurtured since our earliest times. From the way we lived, the way we played, the way we worshipped from time immemorial spring all of those attributes which make The Cherokee Nation strong today.


The Prince William Chamber of Commerce is the largest chamber in Virginia and in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with nearly 2,100 member businesses representing more than 70,000 employees. Together with our membership, we work to enhance economic opportunity and the quality of life in the Prince William region-- encompassing Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. We are dedicated to nurturing the success of our individual members while promoting an environment in which commerce and community thrive.
